Tesco's Instant Pasta | Product Review

Tesco is a well-known British supermarket brand, almost similar placing in UK just as Fairprice and Cold Storage is in Singapore. Recently, around last year July, Fairprice begun it's partnership with Tesco and brought in more than 400 Tesco products in their stores. Amongst the products, one of the products that caught our eye was the instant pasta. Come in three flavors: Cheese & Broccoli, Tomato & Herb and Macaroni Cheese. The design on the packaging looks gourmet and judging from it's cooking direction it doesn't seem to require a lot of effort or time to make this. Excellent. The kind that I would go for for a quick and easy lunch or dinner or snack.

We were expecting to see broccoli in it but we couldn't find anything that bare the resemblance of the the vegetable. Just bits of green scatter around the pasta. When we opened the bag, it has a cheesy aroma, almost like parmesan cheese.
The cooking direction were easy to follow. We decided to follow the recipe and it turn out pretty well. Only for the last part we topped the pasta with shredded cheese and give in a quite bake in the oven to melt it to make it more homemade. The packaging was just right for one full grown man. I would suggest adding extra ingredients like shredded chicken, diced tomato and capsicum. It does feel pretty plain with just pasta and sauce.
You can probably find the product under Tesco section in many Fair price supermarket.
