The Food Ninja Team is a food blogging team based in Singapore that consists of 5 core members, including their founder - Ninja Sow.

With experience in working at both the front-of-house and the back-of-house, the founder of FoodNinjaSG, Ninja Sow recognises the hardship and challenges that people face when first starting out in the F&B Industry. Through blogging, he hopes to bring in business to the food establishment by creating brand awareness for the food establishment about their good food. And also through the critical online food review, the management of the food establishment are also able to see things in customers' point of view and bring improvements to their restaurant better.
The Food Ninja team uses the following three criteria to asses the food establishment:
- The environment of the food establishment - how cohesive is the theme of the food establishment with the food that is being served, the cleanliness of the food establishment
- The dining experience - how the was the service provided by the staff, the time taken to be served and knowledge of the service staffs.
- Most importantly, the food being served - the type of food that is offered on the menu, the quality of the food, the look, the taste of it and the price.
